Terms of Engagement

These Terms of Engagement outline the basis on which AGVIC works with clients, training partners, and associated organisations. By engaging AGVIC’s services, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

AGVIC facilitates training partnerships with Australian Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to deliver nationally recognised qualifications in Australia and internationally.
Our role may include:

  • Identifying suitable RTO partners and accredited courses
  • Coordinating training delivery in agreed locations
  • Providing industry expertise and local market insights
  • Supporting compliance with Australian training standards

2. Responsibilities of AGVIC

We will:

  • Deliver agreed services in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with all parties
  • Protect confidential and commercially sensitive information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to our role

3. Responsibilities of the Client/Partner

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information needed to deliver services
  • Ensure facilities, equipment, and resources meet agreed standards for training delivery
  • Comply with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation requirements
  • Respect AGVIC’s intellectual property and branding guidelines

4. Fees and Payment

  • Any fees will be set out in a written agreement or proposal prior to commencement
  • Invoices are payable within the agreed payment terms stated in the proposal or contract

5. Confidentiality

Both AGVIC and the client/partner agree to maintain confidentiality of any non-public information exchanged during the engagement, unless required by law.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice if:

  • The other party breaches these terms and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable time
  • The project scope changes substantially and both parties cannot agree on revised terms

7. Limitation of Liability

AGVIC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the services provided, except where required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Engagement are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
